Once we receive your consultation order we will email you to set up an appointment. Our consultation slots are normally done Monday to Friday at 1PM, 2PM, 3PM and 4PM EST.
We charge a nominal fee for our consultation ($145) and this fee will be applied as a credit to any purchase you make with us.
Our consultations are done by video chat. This works well as it allows us to see the space and to guide you around the space to best determine placements and requirements.
From this information, we generate a sketch of the panel placements and then cover your options to optimize the space for audio. All that is required is video-chat capability and a tape measure (in case measurements are needed).
Fixing acoustical problems can be confusing, but with our consultation service we can clarify and remove those confusions, providing you with a roadmap of technical placements and requirements to get the job done.
